Nature of This Service

This private reference service points visitors toward Amador County and California jail, booking, court, and corrections resources. It stores no official records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or submit a government filing.

Some links and embedded tools lead to government systems or independent research providers. Their operators control the information and services they offer.

Acceptable Use Rules

Access is allowed only when it is lawful and does not harm another person or the service. You agree that you will not:

• violate a law or another person’s rights;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone;
• use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision;

No Consumer Reports or Screening

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its advertising or search partners are not presented as screening providers. You agree not to use information reached here for:

• hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
• tenant selection or housing eligibility;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility; or
• any other decision governed by the FCRA.

Amador County Busted Mugshots does not control an outside site’s content, privacy practices, prices, uptime, or terms, which should be reviewed before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are offered “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• information will always be complete, accurate, or current;
• access will be uninterrupted;
• the service will be free from errors or security flaws; or
• a partner search will return every relevant record.

Custody and court information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Amador County Sheriff’s Office or another public agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amador County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the site or an outside resource.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
